We have supported residents to overcome complex barriers to work for over 40 years - helping people who have health issues and disabilities across Northamptonshire.

Our support is focussed on helping people start, stay, and succeed in work.

We work closely with the DWP, local job centres and local businesses (we can support employers to create inclusive and accessible recruitment pathways to support diversity in the workplace).

• make the most of your skills, experience, and ambitions in the workplace
