Welcoming spaces
Developed together with local community partners, our Welcoming Spaces brings together activities and support already happening across the town, making it easier for you to find out what’s on in your area and get involved.
Welcoming Spaces provide something for everyone, often just a short walk from home, including:
- coffee mornings
- wellbeing clubs
- community cafes
- learning opportunities
As winter sets in, many of these spaces also offer a warm, safe environment during the day. This helps you to:
- manage household costs
- access support
- find new friends
- get advice
- have the chance to learn new skills
Find a Welcoming Space
We are working with local organisations to create safe, warm Welcoming Spaces across North Northamptonshire. All Welcoming Spaces are non-judgemental. Whatever your reason for visiting, you will be welcomed and treated with respect.
- Further information on our Welcoming Spaces, including where to find them, will be available from September
