This support helps you to build confidence, improve your financial situation and get practical help with everyday money concerns.
You can use these services yourself, or someone can help you access them.

If you are struggling with money, you may not need a crisis payment.
Most people find resilience support services helpful, as they can assist you in getting back on track.
What is available now
You can already access:
- support to check your income and what benefits you are entitled to
- jobs and skills development
- connect with local voluntary, community and social organisations
What we will add
As the programme develops, we will improve and expand the support available.
This will include:
- direct referrals to community support services
- more support in libraries and other trusted local places
- better coordination between services, so you only need to give your information once
