Knife Angel

A nationally recognised anti-violence sculpture will be visiting North Northamptonshire in May.

The Knife Angel is a sculpture designed by artist Alfie Bradley, in partnership with the British Ironworks Centre and is also known as the National Monument Against Violence and Aggression. It is made from over 100,000 seized blades and highlights the negative effects of violent behaviour and acts as a memorial to the victims and families affected by knife crime and other forms of violence and aggression.

The Explore Northampton app (downloadable for free from the App Store and Google Play) offers the option to view the Knife Angel in augmented reality.
