Graffiti and fly posting
Graffiti is an illegal, anti-social activity that creates a negative impression of an area and contributes to people's fear of crime.
We can remove graffiti and fly posting from public property which is owned and maintained by us including:
- Public toilets
- Street name plates
- Lamp columns
- Railings
In East Northamptonshire, graffiti in parks and play areas should be reported to the local town or parish council.
