North Northamptonshire Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

North Northamptonshire Council (Wellingborough Road, Irthlingborough) (30 mph speed limit) Order 20XX

North Northamptonshire Council in exercise of their powers under Sections 82, 83 and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the chief officer of police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act, hereby order as follows:

1. No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 mph along that length of Wellingborough Road, Irthlingborough from a point 58 metres south-west of its junction with Presland Way extending for a length of 335 metres in a south-westerly direction along Wellingborough Road.
2. No speed limit imposed by this Order applies to vehicles falling within regulation 3 (4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 when used in accordance with regulation 3 (5) of those regulations.
3. This Order may be cited as “North Northamptonshire Council (Wellingborough Road, Irthlingborough) (30 Mph Speed Limits) Order 20XX” and shall come into force xx xxxx.
