The Northamptonshire Council (Public Footpath UH19 - Rothwell) 

Temporary closure by notice

North Northamptonshire Council as Highways Authority do hereby give notice that for a period of twenty-one days from the 27 of July 2026 that length of Public Footpath UH19 in Rothwell as specified in the Schedule below is closed to pedestrians for public safety due to works to be carried out - cable lay for network reinforcement and substation change. Access to land or premises adjacent to the said length of footpath is unaffected.

The route to be closed starts on Public Footpath UH19 in the parish of Rothwell at point A on the map at National Grid Reference (NGR) SP 480887/280980. The route travels generally North East for approximately 55 metres to point B at NGR 480914/281023.

The route to be closed is shown by a solid black line between points A-B.
