How much we pay for care services
When we arrange care, we use set price ranges to decide how much we usually pay for different types of support.
These rates help make sure services are fair, consistent and based on your level of need.

If you receive care in your own home, we usually pay an hourly rate depending on the type of support and where you live.

Care homes provide 24-hour accommodation, meals, and personal assistance for individuals who cannot live independently. If you move into a care home, we pay a weekly amount depending on your care needs.

You need regular support but still have a level of independence, having a tenancy in your own home or shared housing with support staff visits or on-site
Support hours may be delivered flexibly through a combination of shared and individual (1:1) support, based on your assessed need and defined outcomes.
