Dropped kerb parking issues

You can report parking issues affecting single residential dropped kerbs (e.g. blocking a driveway) for investigation.

Report

You need to be the owner or tenant of the property in question to make a report. You'll be asked to provide:

the address or location of the dropped kerb
a date and time of the incident
the vehicle registration number
photographic evidence

We can't investigate issues affecting shared or business dropped kerbs.

Response

We will try and visit as soon as we can - this can take up to 24 hours as our officers could be busy elsewhere.

We will investigate and confirm with you that any vehicle found is not authorised to be there. Our officers then have the power to issue a Penalty Charge Notice.
