We’re wishing students the very best of luck!

Schools and education

16 August 2023

The wait is over, and the day is finally upon us. North Northamptonshire Council wants to wish the very best of luck to those students who will be receiving their exam results tomorrow, 17 August 2023.

Whatever the results bring to our students we wish them every success in their chosen next steps. There are many options that will open many doors and create new and exciting opportunities for the future.

For students who haven’t achieved the successes they were hoping for, though it may be disappointing, don’t worry. It doesn’t mean that your education journey stops here. There is plenty of information on The Education Hub to help you to navigate your way through this and schools will be able to offer advice, guidance and support.

I’d like to say ‘good luck’ to all students across North Northants collecting their results tomorrow.

I know it is a very nervous time for students and I hope you receive the results you hoped and have worked hard for. If you don’t receive quite the results you were hoping for, there are many options available to you, which will lead to success.

It has been a difficult few years for students and I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you all the teachers, tutors, coaches, parents, families, carers and supporters of all of our children who have done everything to get our students to this point.
Cllr Scott Edwards, North Northamptonshire Council’s Executive Member for Children, Families, Education and Skills
Results day is always important for students and I wish those receiving their results the very best of luck. It is important to remember that there are still plenty of options for those who do not get the results they are hoping for and this does not need to be a barrier for achieving great things in life.Cllr Jason Smithers, Leader of North Northamptonshire Council
