Share your views on community equipment services in North Northamptonshire
Care and support at home25 June 2026

Residents across North Northamptonshire are being invited to share their experiences of the Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES), which supports people of all ages to live safely and independently at home.
ICES provides essential items such as mobility aids, bathroom equipment and pressure care equipment, which are loaned to residents for as long as they are needed.
Feedback will help partners understand what is working well and where improvements can be made.
The survey is available online and will close at midnight on 21 July 2026. Residents can complete the survey themselves or with support from a friend, relative or advocate, as long as responses reflect the views of the person who has used the service.
Community equipment services play a vital role in helping people maintain their independence, safety and quality of life at home. Whether you have used the service yourself or supported a family member or friend who has, we want to hear about your experience. Your feedback will help us understand what is working well and where we can make improvements, ensuring residents continue to receive the right support when they need it most. I would encourage anyone with experience of the service to take a few minutes to complete the survey and help shape its future.Cllr Chris Kellett, North Northamptonshire Council’s Executive Member for Adults and Health Partnerships
The consultation is being launched as a partnership between West Northamptonshire Council, NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board, and North Northamptonshire Council.
Insights gathered will help shape future commissioning arrangements for community equipment services across the area.
