Party in the Park text

After a two-year absence, due to the pandemic, Party in the Park will return to Croyland Park in Wellingborough on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 July from 12 noon to 6pm.

After the excitement and celebrations of the Jubilee weekend, the party will continue into July with residents from Wellingborough and across North Northamptonshire invited to bring a picnic along to the park and enjoy live music throughout the weekend.

Alongside the music, Stevens Fun Fair and amusements will be on site meaning there will be something for the whole family.

I know how disappointed everyone was when the event had to be cancelled the event last year - Party in the Park has a long history in Wellingborough and this is why I am so delighted it is back for 2022. There certainly will be a party atmosphere at Croyland Park with live music and bands taking to the stage all weekend and a fantastic fun fair.Cllr Helen Howell, North Northamptonshire Council’s Deputy Leader and Executive Member for Sport, Leisure, Culture and Tourism
It would be great to see as many people as possible join us for Party in the Park. The weekend is always a great couple of days which really brings the community together and there are going to be so many activities for keep all of the family entertained.Cllr Jason Smithers, Leader of the council
