Reablement Support Workers

We have a reablement service across the North of the county, where we provide a range of support for our customers in their homes.

The post holder will work with customers developing, implementing and updating support plans, in consultation with other interested parties, which support independence and help minimise the risk of hospitalisation or residential care. You will also respond to customers in a crisis and provide personal care as required.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

Clinical Lead Therapist (Band 7)

We are seeking to recruit a Clinical lead Therapist – Social Rehab (Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist).

The post holder will complete highly skilled and specialised assessments which promote and support independence of those accessing our service. They will support people to regain or further develop skills and / or knowledge that may have been lost or compromised through illness, injury or acquiring a disability.

You will need to have a Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy and be HCPC Registered.

Care and Support Assistants

We’re seeking to recruit some compassionate Care & Support Assistants; people with the right values and positive attitude to work at Pine Lodge in Corby. 

Pine Lodge is a short breaks respite unit, providing support to customers aged 18-65 with physical and learning needs. We support them with personal care, manual handling, medication, food and drink, managing finances and shopping.

Our domiciliary care service supports individuals across North Northamptonshire, where we provide a range of care and support services for our customers.

Our customers are aged between 18-65 and have a range of physical and learning needs.
