Investing in our team is always a huge focus. We know our team are our biggest asset and the ask, to support people with complex barriers to start, stay and succeed in paid employment, is huge. Understanding what we do well and where we can improve is so important and Investors in People has really helped us achieve this.Julia Green, North Northamptonshire Council’s supported employment manager for the EADS team
Investors in People presented the EADS team with a 25 years of continuous accreditation certificate saying it was “proud to include you as a long-standing member of our community, inspiring other organisations in the pursuit of long-term investment in their people and shaping a better world of work.”
Reaching 25 years of continuous accreditation is an exceptional achievement and a testament to the dedication of the EADS team. Their commitment to supporting residents, with often complex barriers into meaningful employment, is transforming lives every day.
