Please note that where the proposal includes development falling within one or more categories the fee will be charged at the higher category.

Planning Performance Agreements (PPAs) can be negotiated for major applications which will be a bespoke fee and cover pre-app advice, program management/update meetings and coordination of planning applications up to determination. A PPA set up administration fee of £550 is applicable.
