Walking football
Walking football is a slower paced version of the national game with the main rule being you're only allowed to walk.
These sessions offer an inclusive and social environment for all genders and ages. All abilities are welcome to these sessions, whether you are returning from injury, wanting to return to playing football, or to just engage in physical activity.
Walking football is available at several locations across North Northamptonshire.
The session is outdoors so appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn as the session runs throughout the year.
There is also an opportunity for players to play in tournaments which are organised throughout the year across Northamptonshire with other groups.
