North Northamptonshire Sports Network
North Northamptonshire Sports Network runs a forum for sports clubs and physical activity providers to come together and share best practice, work together on collective community projects and receive information and training opportunities on a range of topics, including:
- upcoming events
- funding applications
- workforce development
- club development
- marketing and promotion
- local news and developments
Knowledge and expertise is shared by a range of providers including:
- North Northamptonshire Council
- Northamptonshire Sport
- guest speakers
- member organisations
All sports clubs and groups in North Northamptonshire are welcome to join, please see the event schedule below for details on how to get involved this year.
Club support and funding guidance
If your club is looking to grow, the NN Sports Network can provide tailored advice, guidance, and support across a range of funding opportunities. Whether you aim to expand your provision, enhance facilities, or make your sessions more inclusive, the network can support you every step of the way. Meetings can be arranged to help identify the most suitable funding streams, alongside practical guidance to strengthen applications and navigate the funding process with confidence.

Coffee and Connect (Daytime sessions)
Informal daytime networking sessions for members to connect with clubs, share ideas, hear updates, and explore opportunities. Refreshments and light snacks will be available.

Chat and Connect (Evening sessions)
Informal evening networking sessions for members to connect with clubs, share ideas, hear updates, and explore opportunities. These sessions are designed for members who may find it easier to attend outside of standard working hours. Refreshments and light snacks will be available.

We Can
We invite your sports club to showcase what you offer to the North Northamptonshire community by hosting a live demonstration and a promotional stand at our events. These events help residents discover and connect with local clubs, raise awareness of the opportunities available, and support clubs in attracting new participants and growing their membership.
