Shortlisting applicants
Once bidding has ended, we'll create a shortlist of applicants.
This is in order of:
- eligibility based on the property criteria in the advert
and - those in most urgent housing need (their Keyways band)
The applicant at the top of the shortlist will normally be nominated to the property.
