Since we formed on 1 April 2021, we have set our aspirations high in order to make North Northamptonshire a place where everyone has the best opportunities and quality of life.

Staff and Councillors at North Northamptonshire Council put residents and local communities at the heart of everything we do.

Our council

North Northamptonshire Council was established in 2021. Four districts and half of one county council came together to form one of the largest unitary councils in the country.

We are a Disability Confident employer which means we think differently about disability as we:

  • tap into the huge pool of talent amongst disabled people, and recruit, retain and develop people with the skills we need
