What we do

Our in-house stimulating and engaging sessions are designed to work with an individual around movement, independence, and health and wellbeing.

We encourage and support individuals to access a range of activities which include:

  • swimming
  • hydrotherapy
  • sail ability
  • disability bike
  • access to the local town

Our in-house sessions include:

  • sensory stimulation
  • passive movements
  • fun sessions with interactive games
  • music
  • sensory based cooking
  • working with the individual’s mobility.

Supporting customers with behavioural support needs, helping to reduce anxiety and behaviours and provide activities to meet individual support needs

What we do

Patrick Road Resource Centre, Corby specialise in providing a range of services which promote independence by encouraging choice and control.

The Resource Centre offers support to enhance personal, practical and social skills, well-being and maintain links with local disability and learning and development organisations.

We aim to provide a range of sessions and activities such as:

  • local history through IT
  • basic IT skills
  • art and craft
  • woodwork
  • pottery 

We offer support to enhance personal, practical and social skills, support people to work with and maintain their mobility and have some specialist equipment available within our centres. This includes:

  • Moto-Med exercise bike
  • multi-functioning toning table
  • standing aid
  • wheelchair weighing scales

All our staff are trained to a high level and are dedicated to supporting customers with their individual needs, goals and outcomes.

Patrick Road Resource Centre is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), who are the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England.
