North Northamptonshire Council (Corby District) (Waiting and loading restrictions and on-street parking places) (Consolidation) Order 2009 (Amendment No. 24) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that North Northamptonshire Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35 to 39 and 45 to 55 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to amend “The Northamptonshire County Council (Corby District) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2009” (now vested in North Northamptonshire Council) as specified in the Draft Order and the schedule to the Order (The on-street Plans (maps)) and detailed in the Schedule below.

A copy of the proposed Order, together with plans showing the exact lengths of roads to which it relates and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected on the council’s website at www.northnorthants.gov.uk (search “traffic regulation orders”). The documents may also be inspected at Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northants, NN6 9BX, by appointment only. To arrange an appointment, please telephone 01604 529700.

Making representations or objections - Any person wishing to object to, support, or make representations regarding the proposed Order must do so in writing, stating the grounds for their objection or representation, to the Traffic Orders Section, Kier Highways, Highways Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northamptonshire, NN6 9BX or by email to [email protected] - Deadline for responses is 9 October 2025.

Schedule 1

Proposed No Waiting at Any Time

In various sections of Gretton Road, Kestrel Road, Redwing Place, Regents Place, Hyde Place, Lilford Place, Park View, The Avenue, Holdenby Drive, Blakesley Street, London Road, Wentworth Drive, Coles Road, Levatts Way, Flaxland Way, Birkdale Drive, and Arnold Drive, as detailed in the draft Order and accompanying map plans. The restrictions will apply as marked by double yellow lines on site.
