North Northamptonshire Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
North Northamptonshire Council (Denford Village) (20 and 30 miles per hour speed limit) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that North Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of its powers under Sections 82, 83, and 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, proposes to make an Order to introduce a 20 miles per hour and 30 miles per hour speed limit on those lengths of roads described in the Schedules to this notice.
The effect of the proposed Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 20 or 30 miles per hour on the roads specified in the Schedule below.
A copy of the proposed Order, a map showing the exact length of roads to which it relates and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be:

All representations must be received no later than 4 October 2025.
