Notice of Publication of Statement of Licensing Principles for Gambling

The gambling act 2005 (Licensing Authority Policy Statement) (England and Wales) Regulations 2006, Regulation 7(1)(a) and (2)

Notice is hereby given that North Northamptonshire Council as Licensing Authority under the Gambling Act 2005 will publish its new Statement of Licensing Principles for Gambling issued under Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005 on Thursday 12 December 2024.

The new Statement of Licensing Principles will be published for a period of not less than four weeks and will come into effect on 31 January 2025.

The published Statement of Licensing Principles can be viewed on our website and may be inspected between 9am to 5pm at the council offices listed below:
