Neighbourhood planning referendum for the Grafton Underwood neighbourhood area - Thursday, 2 July 2026

1. A referendum will be held to decide on the question below:

Do you want North Northamptonshire Council to use the neighbourhood plan for Grafton Underwood to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?

2. The poll will take place on Thursday, 2 July 2026 between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
3. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at the Municipal Offices, Bowling Green Road, Kettering NN15 7QX by 12 midnight on Tuesday 16 June 2026. Apply to register to vote.
4. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Municipal Offices, Bowling Green Road, Kettering NN15 7QX by 5pm on Wednesday, 17 June 2026. Apply for a postal vote.
5. New applications to vote by proxy at this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Municipal Offices, Bowling Green Road, Kettering NN15 7QX by 5pm on Wednesday 24 June 2026. Apply for a proxy vote.
6. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector’s Document valid for this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Municipal Offices, Bowling Green Road, Kettering, NN15 7QX by 5pm on Wednesday 24 June 2026. Apply for a Voter Authority Certificate.
7. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Municipal Offices, Bowling Green Road, Kettering NN15 7QX by 5pm on Thursday 2 July 2026.
