A service that identifies child and adult offenders with mental health problems, learning disabilities, substance problems or other vulnerabilities when they first meet the criminal justice system. The aim is to improve health, reduce re-offending and identify vulnerable people earlier to reduce the likelihood of reaching a crisis-point.
