Budget support
The Budget Support team can offer support with cost of living including help with:
- managing your money effectively
- personal budgeting service
- money saving advice
- benefits
- banking advice
You will be eligible for an appointment if you have:
- rent debt, as well as credit or utility debt
- council tax debt, as well as credit or utility debt
- both rent and council tax debt, as well as credit or utility debt
If you only have rent, council tax, credit or utility debt in isolation you can seek advice from Citizens Advice or Step Change.

We may ask to look at your income and expenditure as part of the support we offer you.
