Household waste recycling centres over Christmas

Kettering and Rushden centres will close at 2pm on Christmas Eve, Wednesday 24 December.

All household waste recycling centres will be closed on:

• Christmas Day, Thursday 25 December
• Boxing Day, Friday 26 December
• New Year’s Day, Thursday 1 January

Queues

Over Christmas and New Year, the centres are expected to be very busy with long queues.

To help everyone, please pre-sort your waste and recycling before leaving home and do not arrive before the site opens or block the local highway (as this causes delays on site and disruptions on the surrounding roads).
