Voi e-scooters
We launched our e-scooter scheme in North Northamptonshire with Voi in December 2020. The scheme will run until May 2028.

Since launch to May 2026:
- Total trips - over 2.92 million
- Distance travelled (km) - 5.84 million
- Unique riders - 58,755
- Car journeys saved - over 1.23m
- CO2 saved - 530 tonnes
E-scooters are available in:
- Burton Latimer
- Corby
- Higham Ferrers
- Kettering
- Rushden
- Wellingborough
Report an issue
You can report incidents, as well as misplaced or damaged vehicles, directly to Voi for investigation. Include the:
- 4 digit ID on the e-scooter (where possible)
- ID
- location
- time of the incident
Users are either warned or temporarily banned via Voi. Repeat rule breaking results in a permanent ban.
