Voi e-scooters
We launched our e-scooter scheme in North Northamptonshire with Voi in December 2020. The scheme will run until May 2026.

Since launch to December 2025:
- Total trips - 2.6 million
- Distance travelled (km) - 5.19 million
- Unique riders - 55,073
- Car journeys saved - 1.1m
- CO2 saved - 471 tonnes

- Burton Latimer
- Corby
- Higham Ferrers
- Kettering
- Rushden
- Wellingborough
Report an issue
You can report incidents, as well as misplaced or damaged vehicles, directly to Voi for investigation. Include the:
- 4 digit ID on the e-scooter (where possible)
- ID
- location
- time of the incident
Users are either warned or temporarily banned via Voi. Repeat rule breaking results in a permanent ban.
