The authority is undertaking a project to digitise all of the paper planning application files. This is an ongoing project so the following information is subject to change as the project progresses. The majority of documents are currently available online for the applications spanning the years 1975-1992, 2005, 2009 onwards. If you are looking for files between these dates firstly refer to the planning pages for the Area of East Northants using the online facility and the terms and conditions of use.  

This information is available at the Thrapston Office, Cedar Drive, Thrapston NN14 4LZ - you will need to complete and submit a form to planning to make an appointment to view the permission. The form is available online.
