Change, replace or report misuse of a Blue Badge

We are experiencing intermittent issues when paying for a Blue Badge - please retry if you experience this and accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Lost or stolen

The charge for a replacement Blue Badge is £10.

You need to provide proof of address dated within the last 12 months. Your replacement badge will be issued in 7 to 10 day working days and the original badge will be automatically cancelled.

 

Change of details

To change your address or inform us of a Blue Badge holder who has passed away, email us [email protected].

If changing address, attach proof of address for your new residence.

Replacement Blue Badge clocks are available for £2 each at the following libraries:

Report misuse

If you suspect a Blue Badge is being misused, you should get as many details as possible from the Blue Badge on display (such as name, badge number, expiry date).

We will investigate and take appropriate action if the Blue Badge can be shown to have been, or is being, misused.

 

Returning your badge

Please return a badge to us if:

  • you no longer need it
  • you have found the badge you thought was lost or stolen (please return the original)
  • the badge holder dies
