Health walks in Corby

Walking is a perfect form of exercise. No equipment is required, it’s cheap and anyone can do it regardless of their fitness ability. More than that, walking helps to reduce stress, improves physical and mental wellbeing and is a great way to socialise and make new friends if you join a local walking group.

There are a number of regular weekly walks that run in Corby ranging from a 15 minute walk to walks over 60 minutes in duration, and you will have the chance to sample some of Corby's beautiful countryside and iconic landmarks - so get involved!
