T-level opportunities

Placements are a minimum of 315 hours (about 45 days) and can be arranged flexibly - whether as a block placement, one day a week, or whatever works best for you and the council.
These opportunities are only available to those already on T-level programmes.

Legal Case Development Administrator (Thrapston)
The role includes providing comprehensive support, including some research for case preparation and strategy development to support the preparation of evidence and prosecution files. Scheduling formal interviews, manage correspondence, and maintain records. Making sure all legal procedures are followed maintaining compliance with current laws and regulations, and council procedures.

Role and key responsibilities
This role will provide comprehensive support for the preparation of evidence and prosecution files. Duties will include scheduling formal interviews, manage correspondence, and maintain records.
The post holder will also be required to conduct some research to support case preparation and strategy development.
The post holder will be able to ensure that all legal procedures are followed so the service maintains compliance with current laws and regulations, and council procedures.
Student specification
This placement should attract a student who:
- has excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business software

After this T-Level
We expect this placement to become an apprenticeship (Paralegal Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard). We pay our apprentices above minimum wage - offering 70% of the wage that staff get once fully qualified. Increments are given throughout the apprenticeship duration
