Local Government Act 1972 (As Amended) Section 123(2a)

Public Open Space Known As Fletton Fields, Oundle

Notice is hereby given that North Northamptonshire Council proposes to dispose of land known as Fletton Fields, Glapthorn Road, Oundle to Oundle Town Council to secure the future use of the playing field to meet demand from the local community. Following the transfer, the Fletton Field will remain available for enjoyment as public open space.

The plan showing the site may be inspected during normal office hours at:

and is available below.

Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds of objection, to:
