Overnight road closures planned

The A43 from A14 to Rockingham Road roundabout in Kettering will be closed overnight this week for carriageway repairs, repainting of road markings and repairs to the roundabout.

There will be a full road closure in both directions in place from 8pm on Tuesday 24 January through to 6am on Wednesday 25 January on A43 from the A14 to the roundabout.

Further closures will be in place overnight on Wednesday 25, Thursday 26 and Friday 27 January with a full diversion in place, whilst the team repair the roundabout. 

The Highways team only close roads when it is absolutely necessary to keep workforce and road users safe. 

It is anticipated that all work will be completed by Friday 27 January, weather permitting.

A full repair scheme is currently being agreed and it is anticipated that it will take place later in the year.
