Residents across North Northamptonshire are being asked for their views on leisure facilities in the Council’s annual user survey.

The surveys which are available at all North Northamptonshire Council owned leisure centres can be completed online, via QR code on posters, and some paper copies will also be available on site.

For those not planning a visit to their local leisure centre over the next couple of weeks, the questionnaire can also be accessed from social media posts, which will be promoted via each centre’s social media and the North Northants Leisure channels, from Monday 17 October.

The surveys are designed to assess how services are performing and questions will be asked on a variety of topics include how helpful the staff were, ranges of programmes and classes on offer, parking and cleanliness. Each survey will be specific to the facility.

Leisure facilities are vital to communities across North Northamptonshire and we are proud of what is available. But we are also keen to make sure what we are offering is right. With this in mind, I would encourage as many people as possible to have their say, so we can use the feedback to drive improvements.Cllr Helen Howell, the council’s Deputy Leader and Executive Member for Sport, Leisure, Culture and Tourism
The feedback we received via last year’s surveys proved invaluable in helping us improve facilities available across North Northamptonshire. I hope we receive the same level of responses this year so we can continue to grow and develop our leisure offering across the area.Cllr Jason Smithers, Leader of the Council

The surveys are open until Sunday 30 October.
