Costs

• Face-to-face meetings - £150 per hour (or part of) for face-to-face meetings with planning officers. If the meeting is outside of the council officer's base location, travel time is charged at the same rate
• Virtual meetings - £100 per hour (or part of) for virtual meetings with planning officers
• No meetings - £75 for a detailed response to a pre-application enquiry where no face to face or virtual meeting has been held.
