Tresham Garden Village (TGV) housing needs report
This study aims to provide evidence for the size and tenure of dwellings required at TGV and to consider wider issues around local housing need if 1,500 dwellings (or a larger site at 1,900 dwellings) are delivered at
the site. The report is hosted on our Joint Planning and Delivery Unit site.
Home Energy Conservation Act report
The Home Energy Conservation Act 1995 (HECA) requires local authorities to submit reports to the Secretary of State demonstrating the measures used to improve the energy efficiency of residential accommodation.
