Home care providers

We provide a range of domiciliary services across North Northamptonshire.

The Specialist Support Team are registered domiciliary care services providing personal care to younger adults (aged 18 to 65) who have a physical disability and/or learning disability.

They help younger adults to live independently in North Northamptonshire. They also provide support to customers to access social activities and benefit agencies.

The teams are experienced professionals with specialist knowledge of physical impairments and design individual care packages to meet the needs of the customer and their family or carer.

Support packages are flexible and responsive, enabling individuals to live independently within the community in their own home.

Support services offered by the team include:

• support with shopping
• support during holidays
• budgeting and finance management
• medication management
• basic care needs and manual handling
• liaising with other agencies
• assistance to find accommodation and housing
• access to education
• household duties
• access to social activities
