Full plans application
Full plans applications can be used for both domestic and non-domestic projects. The application should be accompanied by:
- Location plan (1:1250 scale)
- a full set of construction drawings (existing and proposed) drawn to scale
- detailed plans, including all necessary technical notes, supporting calculations (if applicable) and specifications to demonstrate how you will comply with building regulations
We will check your application for compliance and liaise with you or your agent with any queries. When we are satisfied that the submission is compliant, we will approve the plans and notify you. The approved plans can then be handed to your builder.
Applications will expire if the work does not commence within 3 years from the date of submission, so it's important that we are notified when works commence and at each inspection stage.
