Notice of Vacancy in office of Councillor - Irthlingborough Town Council - Waterloo Ward

Notice is hereby given that due to the non-attendance of councillor Chantelle Collis-Neale, a vacancy now exists in the office of Councillor for Irthlingborough Town Council - Waterloo Ward.

If by Wednesday 8 August 2024 (14 days after the date of this notice excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays), a request for an election to fill the vacancy is made in writing to the Proper Officer, North Northamptonshire Council, Municipal Offices, Bowling Green Road, Kettering, Northants, NN15 7QX by ten electors for the Town an election will be held to fill the vacancy. If no such request is received the Town Council may fill the vacancy by co-option.

If an election is called, it will take place no later than Monday 14 October 2024.
