National Energy Action: A national organisation that campaigns to end fuel poverty and offers advice
Private Sector Housing team: If you are privately renting and have a broken heating system, you should initially contact your landlord and report the issue. If it's not fixed you can report it by contacting us

Anglian Water: Support with your water bill
Boiler Upgrade Scheme: Government scheme providing grants to encourage property owners to replace existing fossil fuel heating with more efficient, low carbon heating systems including air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps and, in limited circumstances, biomass boilers
Cadent Gas: Free or discounted gas connections for qualifying households

Disabled Facilities Grants: If someone is disabled and particularly vulnerable to cold or accessible heating controls are needed
National Insulation Association: Directory of local insulation installers
Priority Register: Extra support to vulnerable people provided by energy companies that can include debt and disconnection support
Royal British Legion: Grant scheme for veterans and their families who are struggling to pay energy bills
